1969 Chevrolet Camaro
       1969 Chevrolet Camaro- the ultimate project car!! The body is stripped to bare metal for your inspection;
there is NO filler anywhere on the car! It is perfect for your resto-mod project, rusty ZL1 re-body, Yenko/COPO
clone, RS/SS, etc. This is a California car, with a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro title in hand. It is not a Chinese
reproduction body, but a clean original car. It is the ultimate project car- just buy a drive train and send it to the
paint booth!
Original sub frame and Rally Sport core support are installed, professionally sandblasted and DP-90 epoxy
primed. The sub frame and suspension parts are not pitted, puttied, and primed. They are nice California parts
that have been blasted and epoxy primed. They are great if you want to stay original but also have value and are
easy to sell if you decide to go to the aftermarket route. Real original RS/SS fenders (with brackets for RS option
and emblem holes for SS option) have been stripped, cleaned, and are visible to inspect- no filler anywhere. It
has a nice floor and trunk and has been stripped and cleaned.
Nice original doors have been removed, detailed, and DP-90 primed inside. The hood and trunk have
hinges, springs, and latches and line up and fit well. The doors have re-bushed hinges, latches, and pins and
they are installed and fit the car well- even gaps around. The trunk lid has been stripped, cleaned, and DP-90
primed inside. The hood is a nice, flat original.
Note the uncut tunnel, package tray, trunk, floors, and firewall. The body has been covered in one coat of
protective clear lacquer. Your paint shop can wipe it off with thinner and proceed!
The car was born LeMans Blue, but the trim tag has been missing since before acquisition. The VIN #
123379L5xxxxx plate on the dashboard is original to the car as and matches the VIN stamp on the right hand
upper cowl area. Both VIN numbers were already on the car and match the clear California pink slip in my name.
This car is all steel and there is no filler anywhere. It has no surprises to hide and will save you thousands of
dollars in replacement sheet metal costs. There is an alternative: Dynacorn 1969 Camaro Coupe Restoration
Body Shell. It has an MSRP of $13,500 plus $500 for the protective crate, and does not including shipping. The
body will not include any front sheet metal, hood hinges, a sub frame, a rearend, control arms, steering column,
steering box, etc. You are thousands of dollars the good in parts costs to duplicate!
The body will arrive wavy and need hours of bodywork to fix the problems with using cheaper Chinese sheet
metal. Plus, low production tolerances and inexact stampings means poor panel gaps and increased labor
hours. This car is hundreds of labor hours better than other projects/reproductions, which means you save
money!
The car has a steering column, steering box, control arms, spindles, rearend, etc. It is a complete rolling
body and can easily be transported to your location. The SS wheels/tires shown are not included, but the other
photos shown with the “rollers” are.
